Kottonmouth Kings : Welcome to Stonetown Recap

so i jus got back from seeing kmk last Wednesday. all i can say is AMAZING! had a v.i.p. pass…met the kings, first in line to get in, and front row.  cant belive i got to kick it with the kings! Daddy X is by far my fave king now lol. he is the shit and alot of fun to talk to. I will admit I was slightly disappointed by D-Locs and Dirtball’s attitudes. NOT that they were bad, but they werent really how I thought they were gonna be….or it couldve just been an off day. Dirtball actually comes off as kinda shy. He doesnt really say much, and i thought he would be alot different after listening to his music so much. D-Loc…. I thought he’d be more wound up, but then again there’s about a 99% chance he was just really stoned lol. He gave me like 3 hugs and he’s way chill lol. Doesnt really say much but he still manages to be really funny and make cute faces at the camera haha. He’s the shit! Richter….he’s just the man. Chillest dude ive ever met. he was basically what i thought he was gonna be. Jus chill and smooth. haha. He came up to me and my friends as soon as the bus pulled up outside  then he went for like an hour walk. He walks around the venue like he owns the shit hahh but you cant say nothin cuz he does it so well lol. He’s not too outspoken but he’s just Richter. lol. AND… Bobby B soo remembers messaging me lol. So we got along really good lol. If he wouldnt have already talked to me a week ago im not sure if he wouldve hung around and chatted up with me but he’s pretty funny lol. I dig him alot.
As for the show. Amazing. We were all crammed in a sportsbar with the tiniest stage. 3 feet high. no barriers. brand new never used equipment. you not only hear the bass loud and clear, but you could feel it throughout your body. One of those reactions where you can feel the bass in your chest and your throat and cant help but to put your hand on it and feel it. Insane shit. of course Richter’s, Dirtballs, and D-locs solo sets rocked shit and even bobby b did his own set. knew every single song. stood front row center. every single king stood right directly above throughout the show at least a dozen times (considering I wasnt one of the freaky fan girls trying to rip off their clothes every time they leaned over the edge of the stage) literally held their legs as they leaned over throughout the show. only awkward thing was I got crotch to the face ALOT but trust me you get over it after it keeps happening lol. BEST thing about being front and center with a no barrier 3 ft. high stage is you catch all the details. I could see the reactions on their faces, basically had them standing over me all night, so close i could smell the cologne on them (btw johnny richter smells really good ;) haha) and evertime Loc would move around all his groos sweat would drip on me. Sick sounding but it was just one of them shows….the intense sweaty smoldering hot ones. And last best thing about it was they could tell if i knew a song. especially with the solo sets. D-loc got a huge smile after he realized i knew the song “gangsta bitch” lol. And everytime they’d notice theyd sit there and spit the rhyme with you on stage! They got a kick out of it forsure. They also notice when one of their V.I.P. homegirls need a water! ASAP! lol. had Daddy X try and throw me one f their waters and some psycho 16 year old bitches snap it off the stage right under my hands. tried again….and the other bitches did the same thing. Finally taxman threw one to me from the side of the stage….and Crazy bitches snatched it again!!! But let me tell ya its one the best feeling when Daddy X personally tosses you a water on stage during the show. haha he was my savior! I needed water so bad I couldve died!!! lol.
So the after math….got drunk as shit with my homies and met a really cute boy lol. BEst night ever! didnt go to bed til 9 a.m. …and didnt even go to bed alone ;) haha. And in the end, I knew exactly why Kottonmouth Kings was my favorite band ever. not only cuz they have the siccest music ever but because they treat their true fans like their own homies, and they pay attention to their fans. they actually care. Which is why they have one of the strongest followings and loyal fan base out of all underground bands. Theyre the shit. And they’ll never know how much it means to me just to shake their hands and get some hugs then party out the rest of the night with them. Best feeling ever! Welcome to stonetown.
